材料和方法
仪器和试剂:Metrohm Herisau E350B-pH计(瑞士)。鲁米诺 (Luminol,Serva) 用pH 10.3、0.05 mol/L 碳酸盐缓冲液配制成5×10-2 mol/L储备液放置3天后再以pH 8.2、0.1 mol/L 碳酸氢钠-氢氧化钠缓冲液稀释备用。
