甘油由于这类培养基成分复杂，制备吋很微小的偏差都会对培养基的性能造成很大的影 响，因此，使用商品化的脱水培养基和制备好的抗生素补充液。

用途:用于细菌总数测定、纯培养及保存菌种，也可用于消毒效果测定；用于沙门氏菌培养（GB）
性状:有各种不同的配方，如牛肉膏粉90g、蛋白胨270g、食盐136g、琼脂粉520g、无水碳酸钠9g。易潮解。加水煮沸溶化后呈浅黄色半透明液体，pH7.4（±0.2），冷至45℃开始凝固。  称取本品33g，加入蒸馏水或去离子水1 L，搅拌加热煮沸至*溶解, 分装试管或三角瓶，121℃高压灭菌15min备用。
贮存 旋紧瓶盖，贮存于避光、阴凉干燥处。

抗生素的平板抑菌实验结果
将万古霉素、头孢噻吩、红霉素分别以不同的浓度添加到基础培养基(脑心琼脂)中，接种定量菌液，观察抑菌效果，以确定zui终的抗生素组合和添加浓度。结果表明，万古霉素、头孢噻吩适合使用于阪崎肠杆菌选择性培养，与定量抑菌实验结果*；而红霉素与定量抑菌浓度实验结果不*，不适合使用于阪崎肠杆菌选择性培养。
